  • Successfully represented a large physician-directed healthcare clinic in a Wisconsin Fair Dealership Law dispute.

 

  • Successfully defended at trial the majority members of a limited liability company against charges brought by a minority member of the company who claimed breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract and trademark misuse.

 

  • Procured significant monetary recovery for an insured against various insurers in trial, arbitration and settlements.

 

  • Successfully defended a major telecommunication carrier against orders issued by the Wisconsin Public Service Commission, which sought tens of millions of dollars in unlawful fines.

 

  • Tried a large antitrust damage case.
